Our exhibition at Nature in Art at Twigworth, Gloucester opened yesterday, 19th February and Deryll and I were the first to steward there.   |It was a beautiful sunny day so there were lots of people about.  Approximately 80 came to the exhibition and they were all very complimentary.  We had to agree that the whole exhibition looked excellent with a good variety of work.  It was hard to photograph well because of the intense sunlight casting strong shadows, so I have had to edit the photographs, thereby not managing to include everyone's work.  Perhaps by the end of the exhibition, they will all be here.   It is certainly well worth the journey up there to see it, and have an excellent lunch, and viewing of the Museum and Photographer of the Year exhibition.    Sally.

In the Pink

At the last meeting we were all given a silver frame and issued with a challenge - put something in it!
I decided to continue my explorations into colour and fill it with pink - not a colour that I use - so was vonvinced I wouldn't have anything - But this is what I came up with after a search of my boxes and bags.
Plus some plant dyed fabrics

These show the limitations of pink - when does it become mauve and is it pink or red? dh
